Supervising Psychologist at Private Practice (Psychodynamic/ Relational)

Soho Psychology is a thriving group practice providing exceptional psychotherapy both in person and online.

Our beautiful office is located on Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Manhattan - just steps from the World Trade Center and a short walk from City Hall - placing our team at the center of one of New York City’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods.

Our clients are high functioning, clinically and culturally diverse, and deeply rewarding to work with. As a practice, we are relational and psychodynamically grounded and thoughtfully integrate a range of evidence-based approaches.

We believe that therapists do their best work when they are supported, energized by their colleagues, and proud of the professional community they are part of. For that reason, we place great care into cultivating a warm, collegial environment where clinicians can grow, collaborate, and genuinely enjoy the work they do together.

Supervisors play a particularly important role in our practice. We take great pride in the quality of supervision we provide and in the clinicians who guide and mentor the next generation of therapists. Our supervising psychologists are thoughtful, engaged, and enthusiastic teachers who enjoy helping developing clinicians refine their clinical thinking and grow into confident, skilled practitioners.

We are thoughtful about every addition to our team. Beyond strong clinical ability, we look for psychologists who bring curiosity, warmth, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to their work. We have built a remarkable group of clinicians who deliver exceptional care to their clients while also contributing to a vibrant and supportive professional community.

Our group is currently seeking Supervising Psychologists for in-person, hybrid, or fully remote roles.
