Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Lebanese Bakery. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain high standards of quality and service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate bakery operations on a daily basis.
• Lead, motivate, and train staff for efficiency and excellent service.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Oversee deliveries and logistics as required.
• Report operational updates directly to management.

Requirements (Compulsory):

• Fluent in Arabic .
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in bakery, restaurant, or food industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
