Hypermarket Supervisor – Jebel Ali Industrial Area

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage operations in our hypermarket. Candidates should have knowledge in handling food & vegetables and garments departments.

Location: Jebel Ali Industrial Area
Salary: AED 1,000 – 1,500 + Food & Accommodation
Working Hours: Shift-based

Requirements:

• Experience as a Supervisor in hypermarkets or supermarkets
• Knowledge of food, vegetable, and garments departments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Professional, proactive, and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in assigned departments
• Ensure quality control and proper handling of products
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service
• Report to management on department performance
