Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Field Operations

• Handle alterations and re-measurement when required
• Coordinate delivery schedules with clients

2. Production Coordination

• Coordinate with cutting, stitching, embroidery, and packing departments
• Follow up on order status and production timelines
• Ensure urgent orders are prioritized
• Report daily progress to Production Manager

3. Quality Control

• Inspect garments before dispatch
• Ensure correct logo placement, name printing, and sizing
• Check finishing, ironing, and packing quality
• Report defects and arrange corrections

4. Client Handling

• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Address site complaints immediately
• Provide updates on order status
• Build strong client relationships

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain measurement records
• Submit daily field visit reports
• Track delivery notes and acknowledgement receipts
• Coordinate with accounts for delivery confirmation

6. Team Supervision

• Guide helpers during distribution
• Ensure discipline and proper behavior at client sites
• Monitor attendance and task completion

Required Skills

• Knowledge of garment production process
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of measurements and fitting
• Problem-solving ability
• Time management skills

Duty Timing

8.30 Am to 10.00PM (break time 1.00 PM to 2.30 PM

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
