• Supervise the daily work of baristas and staff.
• Ensure fast and friendly customer service.
• Check that coffee, drinks, and food are prepared correctly.
• Help the team during busy hours.
• Handle customer questions or complaints.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop.
• Assist the manager with staff schedules and daily tasks.
• Check stock levels (coffee beans, milk, cups, etc.) and report shortages.
