Requirements:

• Previous experience in delivery or supervisory roles
• Ability to lead and manage a large team efficiently
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

• Monitor drivers’ performance and ensure compliance
• Organize work schedules and daily coordination
• Solve operational issues quickly and effectively
