Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members
  • Manage staff schedules and shift assignments
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Handle cash management and daily reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in a QSR or fast-food environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
