Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Manage staff schedules and shift assignments
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Handle cash management and daily reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a QSR or fast-food environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
