- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served according to company standards and health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in training new staff on service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
- Prepare shift schedules and delegate duties efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and performance feedback sessions when necessary.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Handle cash, reconcile daily sales, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Support in meeting sales targets and managing labor costs.
- Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Monitor quality of food, beverages, and service presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
