Supervisor/ Assistant Manager is training

We're looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our staff. You must be able to work as part of a team, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, take direction from others, work to meet goals, and be self-motivated.

Please have open or flexible availability. Must be available to work a variety of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Please be available to start immediately.

Plan to work closely along side Director of Operations and Store managers until fully trained and emersed in our brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Offer exceptional customer service at all times

Stock store with necessary supplies and products at all times

Keep store neat and clean at all times

Training and developing staff

Ensure that you are serving products to the standards set by Abbott's

Monitor cash flow and make sure it is handled securely at all time

Be available, on occasion, to cover on call or call in shifts

Meet goals set by Abbott's Frozen Custard

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should have high school diploma or equivalent

2+ years Food Service or Customer service experience

2+ years experience in a supervisor or management position

Food Safety Certification not required but preferred

Must be available to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
