Supervisor - Audit & Assurance

Are you an experienced audit professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Supervisor to join our Assurance team.

In this role, you will lead audit engagements, supervise audit teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review audit engagements across various industries

• Lead and mentor junior audit team members

• Develop engagement plans, budgets, and resource allocation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements

• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and engagement deliverables

• Identify risks, provide recommendations, and support clients with value-added insights

• Monitor engagement profitability and operational efficiency

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Partially qualified professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)

• Minimum 5.5 years of external audit experience

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements

• Experience supervising audit teams and managing multiple engagements

• Proficiency in English and Arabic

• Experience with CaseWare will be an added advantage
