The Loft 5th Avenue is expanding, and we are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new salon in a prime, premium location in Al Ain.

As a well-established beauty brand known for high-quality services and exceptional client care, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to lead our new branch and be part of this exciting new chapter.

This is your opportunity to play a key role from the very beginning and shape the success of our Al Ain location.

Your Role

As Beauty Salon Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and team performance. You will:

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members.
• Create and manage schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Mentor and train the team to maintain the highest service standards.
• Monitor service quality and handle client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage stock, product ordering, and overall inventory control.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow and retain clients.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and premium salon environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry innovations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proven experience in team management, coordination, and staff training.
• Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and current trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
