Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Job Summary

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role includes supervising workers, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities at site (earthwork, concreting, masonry, formwork, finishing works, etc.).
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower and subcontractor activities to meet project timelines.
• Maintain work quality as per standards and client requirements.
• Ensure site safety rules and procedures are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety staff, and store departments.
• Check materials received at site for quantity and quality.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement books.
• Identify site issues and report to seniors for corrective action.
• Assist in planning daily tasks and resource deployment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at site.
• Support inspections by clients, consultants, and auditors.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Training in safety practices is preferred.
• Experience in highways, buildings, bridges, railway, or industrial projects preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
