Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry, shuttering, bar bending, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and manpower at site.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and implement site safety practices.
• Identify and report technical issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of civil construction practices and materials.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in civil construction (Buildings / Infrastructure / Roads / Bridges).

Reporting To

• Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
