Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry, shuttering, bar bending, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and manpower at site.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and implement site safety practices.
- Identify and report technical issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices and materials.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in civil construction (Buildings / Infrastructure / Roads / Bridges).

- Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
