Responsibilities

• Supervise and support direct support professionals in delivering personalized care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Employee scheduling and ensuring minimum staffing is maintained. Monitor attendance
• Administering medications and responding to emergency situations.
• Provide training to employees, monitor disciplinary process
• Oversee cleanliness and safety protocols within the home or community setting to ensure a hygienic environment for residents and staff alike.
• On Call Rotation

Pay: $21.10 - $24.46 per hour
