Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ducting Supervisor to manage and supervise all ducting works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper installation, alignment, and testing of HVAC duct systems while maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines Requirements:

• 3–4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting installation, fabrication, and supports
• Ability to read and interpret ducting drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Proven experience supervising ducting teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and MEP practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site ducting issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily ducting installation and fabrication activities
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of ducting teams
• Ensure installation meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, HVAC supervisors, and other trades
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and functionality
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory for ducting works
• Enforce safety protocols and report any on-site issues
