Supervisor - F&B industry

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Supervisor to lead our Argyle Breakfast Concept team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver an exceptional breakfast dining experience. Key Responsibilities_

Operations & Service

• Oversee daily breakfast service and ensure smooth, timely operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor buffet setup, replenishment, and guest flow to avoid delays.
• Ensure all staff follow service standards and brand guidelines.
• Support the team during peak times with hands-on service when needed.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide the service team throughout the shift.
• Conduct briefings, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
• Assist in training new team members to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive work environment.

Guest Experience

• Greet, communicate with, and attend to guests’ needs courteously.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the breakfast concept.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare shift schedules, manage attendance, and coordinate manpower.
• Maintain inventory of breakfast items and service equipment.
• Report maintenance, kitchen coordination, and operational updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and HACCP standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–8 years of supervisory experience (preferably in breakfast or casual dining concepts).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in guest service, team handling, and F&B operations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy breakfast hours.
• Knowledge of hygiene & safety standards (HACCP preferred).
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and commitment to service excellence.
