Supervisor for Construction & Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for maintenance and construction to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and Construction upkeep of our property and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
• Great time management and problem-solving skills

Experience Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years’ experience working Minimum in the construction field
• A valid driver’s license from state of residence is required
