Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Fresh to manage daily operations of the Fresh department, including Fruits & Vegetables, Meat, and Fish. The role requires strong knowledge of fresh food handling, stock rotation, hygiene standards, and team supervision to ensure quality, availability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Fresh department (F&V, Meat, Fish).
• Ensure product freshness, quality, FIFO/FEFO, and proper storage standards.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and control shrinkage.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Guide, train, and supervise team members to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper display, pricing, and merchandising of fresh products.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with store management and warehouse for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fresh food operations and handling standards.
• Leadership and team-handling ability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Fresh department operations within a hypermarket or supermarket.
• Category-specific experience (F&V / Meat / Fish) is mandatory.
