The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor Haulage Infrastructure to join our CSI Road Maintenance team on a dynamic 8D6RR roster. Reporting to the Superintendent Haulage, you will play a key role in the maintenance of our haul roads both on site and on highway. You will coordinate daily plans and lead the team, consistently upholding MinRes' safety-first culture.

With your expert leadership and keen eye for efficiency, you'll oversee haul road maintenance operations, ensuring smooth and effective workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the maintenance crew to achieve daily targets.
• Provide visible leadership, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, maintaining safety as the top priority.
• Clearly communicate responsibilities and expectations, and ensure the team have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
• Identify, develop, and implement operational process improvements.
• Monitor team performance and make timely adjustments to guarantee targets are reached.
• Deliver clear and comprehensive reporting to management on production progress, challenges, and successes.

What is required?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within haulage infrastructure in a similar industrial or mining environment.
• In-depth knowledge of haulage operations and logistics within a mining setting.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and adapt to operational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, with superior planning skills and attention to detail.
• Schedule 26.
• Current Australian work rights.
