Supervisor – House Services Maids

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor for House Services Maids to manage and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training maids, supervising their work, and ensuring smooth coordination of transport, accommodation, and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage house service maids
• Provide training and ensure quality service standards
• Arrange and monitor maid transportation and accommodation
• Handle client coordination and bring new clients
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper conduct of staff
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues

Requirements:

• Similar working experience in house services / domestic staffing
• Experience in supervising, training, and managing staff
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Responsible, organized, and proactive
