  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the polyclinic.
  • Oversee reception, patient flow, appointment scheduling, and waiting time management.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support staff.
  • Supervise and guide receptionists, technicians, housekeeping, and support teams.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Train new employees on clinic protocols and service standards.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and handle escalations.
  • Oversee registration, billing, documentation, and customer service processes.
  • Address complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
