- The Job:
- We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to manage our Aircraft Interior Detailing operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your crew, ensuring that all aircraft cabin upholstery tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Crew Management: Directly supervise a team focused on cleaning leather seating and executing leather and fabric seat cover replacements.
- Operational Standards: Monitor progress to ensure the team stays on schedule while following all airline and airport safety protocols.
- Active Leadership: Provide hands-on support on the airfield to ensure all cabin interior requirements are met efficiently.
- Physical: Requires climbing, standing, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

- Requirements:
- Language: Proficient English and ability to follow safety directions.
- Security: Ability to attain and maintain an airport security badge (required for employment).
- Experience: 1 year of cleaning/detailing
- A valid driver's license for at least 1 full year, with clear driving record.
- Previous airfield driving experience is highly preferred.
