Supervisor - Men’s Apparel

Job Summary

The Sales Associate – Men’s Apparel is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising for the men’s clothing section. This role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable men’s apparel and accessories.
  • Demonstrate product features, styles, fit, and quality.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize basket value.
  • Process sales transactions accurately with POS systems.

2. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain deep knowledge of men’s apparel products, brands, sizes, fabrics, and trends.
  • Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and pricing.
  • Share product knowledge effectively with customers.

3. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Ensure men’s apparel displays are attractive, clean, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and arrange items neatly.
  • Maintain fitting room organization and assist customers with try-ons.

4. Inventory & Loss Prevention

  • Assist with regular inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise.
  • Follow company loss prevention and security policies.

5. Customer Experience & Relationship

  • Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries, requests, and returns professionally.
  • Follow up on customer orders or special requests when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
