Supervisor of Blended Case Management

Purpose of this position:

Supervisor of up to Nine (9) Blended Case managers who provide direct services to persons with mental illness/emotional disturbance. The Case management supervisor is supervised by a senior administrative mental health professional. Methods include observation, discussions, assignment of tasks, review of practices and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related fields preferred, three years experience in public or private human services including one year of supervisory responsibility and one year of direct services. Must have knowledge of mental health and social service field. Must have knowledge of mental health and social service field. Ability to relate comfortably with mental health consumers and families, subordinates, colleagues and superiors. Excellent communication skills including verbal interactions and expression in writing.
