Job Role:
We are looking for a Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and able to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision:

Monitor and guide caregivers, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure quality service delivery.

• Operations Management:

Oversee daily routines, cleanliness, and discipline within the facility.

• Scheduling & Coordination:

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain attendance, performance, and activity records and report to management.

• Problem-Solving:

Address operational challenges promptly and ensure quick resolutions.

• Communication:

Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Management, Administration, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supervision, operations, or team management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry supervision.
• Good decision-making and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
