Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Supervisor at Webster Fulfillment. As a Supervisor you will work closely with other experienced supervisors to manage all aspects of managing warehouse operations effectively.

Here's what a day in your role might look like:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, and order processing.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and organize workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
• Oversee the training of new warehouse employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
• Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee accurate receiving, storage, and management of clients' inventory within our facilities.
• Monitor day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, and shipments are dispatched efficiently while achieving KPI’s.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
