As the Supervisor
of
Operations,
you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health’s concierge
emergency
facilities
. You will
be responsible for
ensuring
smooth
day-to-day
operations and
that
Sollis
members
receive
e
xceptional
service
and care.
You will work on the Operations
m
anagement team and
l
ead
the daily activities of the center
.
Full Time - 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
:
-
Supervise the performance of clinic staff, including Front Desk Coordinators, Radiology Techs, Lab
Specialists
and other support staff and provide performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed
-
O
versee
workflows for the front desk, lab
,
radiology
and general patient flow throughout the clinic.

Ac
t
as the primary point of contact when on shift for any patient or employee concerns escalating to the
extended Operations leadership
team
as
needed.

A
ssist
in
maintaining
inventory of
supplies for the site partnering with
Procurement and Nursing leadership
to ensure all items are stocked.

Create staff schedules for clinical and operations, complete bi-weekly payroll, and daily reconciliations of timecards for employees at your site.

Facilitate a culture high-quality patient experience through
exceptional and responsive encounters with
Sollis
members
.

Part

Train
new and existing staff on
updated and new
company policies

Assess and manage vendor relationships and
negotiate cost effective contracts

Lead

meetings
and in-service training.

Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

Bachelor's degree
required
-
3+
years of relevant experience in a professional environment
required
,
preferably within
healthcare,
startup, or related compan
y
.

1+ year of
previous
leadership
experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
