A third-party service provider for State Life Insurance is looking to hire a Supervisor Operations with insurance or bank back-office experience. The Supervisor – Operations will supervise daily New Business operations, coordinate with sales teams and partner banks, ensure timely policy processing, and maintain accuracy, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage end-to-end processing of new business cases from initiation to issuance.
- Act as liaison between sales teams and partner banks for smooth case handling.
- Coordinate with banks to fulfill documentation and policy requirements.
- Maintain daily MIS trackers and monitor case status.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, case checking, and documentation.
- Guide team members and monitor performance against deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and bank regulations.
- Prepare management reports highlighting case progress and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel & MIS skills
- Experience in insurance or bank back-office operations preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and supervisory skill
- Excellent reporting, communication, and follow-up abilities
