SCIS Supervisor is responsible for organizing and staffing designated areas, keeping track of delivery times, ensuring compliance with safety standards, instructing staff members on company and safety policies, managing discipline, and terminating personnel. What your day will be:

Our Supervisors work in a 24/7 environment ensuring our employees have a safe and welcoming work experience as they provide operational excellence for our airline customers according to stringent Transportation Security Administration requirements. Ensure all delivery times are accurately met. Monitor and ensure compliance of all safety regulations. Manage discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy. They provide direction to our teams and work with the remaining leadership team to engage with customers, vendors, TSA and others. Our team proudly delivers excellence in protection and service.

What you bring:

• Positivity and flexibility
• Attention to detail, analytical and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred.
• 2+years of supervisory and or management experience
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

You must be able to:

• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background check
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $51,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
