About the Job

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager/ Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest experience. The role includes supervising staff, managing the floor during service, and acting as the point of contact in the manager’s absence.

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B
• Strong communication leadership & interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Diploma or certification in hospitality or related field is preferred
• Committed and reliable
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• May require extended hours or outdoor work depending on outlet type
• Standing for long periods and occasional lifting are involved
