Supervisor - Package

• Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor packaging line performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure correct labeling, packing, and palletizing of finished battery products according to company standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate packaging staff to achieve production targets.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Maintain discipline and a safe working environment within the packaging area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging supervisory role, preferably in a battery or electronics factory.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, processes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and production reporting.
