Supervisor PLC Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced PLC Maintenance Supervisor to lead shift-based maintenance operations and ensure high system availability in an automated industrial environment. The role requires strong hands on experience with PLC based systems and the ability to manage maintenance teams in a fast paced manufacturing setup.

Experience & Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E.: 5 8 years
• Diploma (Engineering): 9 12 years
• ITI: years

• Ensure daily system availability through preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC based systems
• Execute shift preventive maintenance (PM) plans and breakdown maintenance
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to ensure smooth maintenance operations
• Monitor shift KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and ensure proper work order documentation and closure
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to meet operational and reliability targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands on experience with PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider preferred)
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments
• Team leadership and shift handling experience
• Familiarity with CMMS tools and maintenance reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
