Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to lead and oversee the Pre-Primary section. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of academic and co-curricular activities, maintain discipline, and support teachers in delivering quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section.
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Coordinating with parents and addressing their concerns.
• Ensuring safety, discipline, and holistic development of students.
• Organizing cultural and co-curricular activities.
• Monitoring teaching standards and maintaining academic excellence.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with B.Ed. / ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching or supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
