Greenland Group is looking for Supervisor- Protein Factory for Entaz Co (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage the operations and the sequence of the equipment of Protein Factory along the whole shift.
• Control his team as per daily attendance schedule of the manpower to avoid time waste.
• Ensure maximum recovery of the Protein Factory’s products (soft offal meal, feather meal, Poultry fat, etc..).
• Ensure that all collections of raw materials like (Vet Rejects, DOA, Poultry Waste, etc...) or expiry are received and processed regularly.
• Ensure that all equipment are maintained in proper running condition during the processes and call maintenance immediately when getting any up-normal behavior at any step of processing lines.
• Ensure that the lines has been resumed in proper efficiency after Maintenance applying any PM activities.
• Review with Maintenance the records of (Breakdown, Repair) for every equipment in the factory.
• Monitor the load out with for the customers as per their loading schedules.
• Make all daily records and documentation as daily basis after the daily operation and record regularly the output quantities through SAP as well as initiates any additional information may be required.
• Ensure that all corrective actions are applied as per Q-pules reporting.
• Ensure that all protocols and facilities are applied to control the bad odors comes out of the factory.
• Coordinate with other departments for collection of rejects and expiry products for rendering and record the documentation.
• Follow up with warehouse for the related required consumable materials or escalate any delay to Protein Factory manager on time like (jumbo bags, chemicals, etc...)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Skills Required: Production, Factory Operation, Poultry Industry

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Poultry

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must have minimum 5 years hands on Experience in Poultry Processing/ Rendering Plant in Bangladesh or Overseas.
