Supervisor - Receipt Room

We are hiring Supervisor - Receipt Room

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise & control all receipt room activities.
• Inspect, document & record incoming raw materials, trims, accessories, packing materials, chemicals, general items & fabrics.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Maintain zero discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure quality compliance and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Warehouse/Store, and Admin/Security (Gate Receiving).

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2–3 years of experience in a Receipt Room (textile/garment industry).
• Strong understanding of textile/garment processes.
• Excellent analytical, reporting & documentation skills.
• High integrity, accuracy & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of internal audit practices & stock handling SOPs.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Candidates with textile industry experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
