Supplier Manager

What role will you play?

You will work in the Control Tower within Data, Digital, Design and Engineering, supporting the digital bank. Collaborating with support functions such as Group Procurement, Legal, and Risk, you will maintain continuity across supplier initiatives. As a Senior Supplier Manager, you will leverage your experience to support stakeholders in managing risk and commercial aspects of your Supplier Portfolio. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, providing advice, and ensuring desired outcomes with suppliers. You will support the entire supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, governance, performance management, migration planning, or termination exercises. Your experience with C-suite interactions will be vital in planning and aligning supplier engagements with organizational strategies through internal stakeholder and leadership sessions.

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in Technology or Financial Services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers
• Excellent commercial acumen supported by analytical skills for justifying recommendations
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team, being self-organized and action-oriented
