lWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supplier & Procurement Sales/Marketing Coordinator to support supplier registration, procurement operations, and marketing/sales initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys vendor communication, process coordination, data management, and cross-department collaboration.
You will help manage supplier onboarding, coordinate procurement documentation, support marketing and sales teams with supplier-related materials, and ensure smooth communication across the supply chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Registration & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end supplier registration and onboarding process.
- Review and validate supplier compliance documentation.
- Maintain supplier databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Communicate with the client to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Support supplier evaluation and qualification procedures.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Collaborate with marketing to gather and organize supplier data for promotional materials.
- Assist with preparing supplier profiles, capability statements, and sales presentations.
- Support the sales team with supplier-related queries and documentation.
- Contribute to supplier-related marketing content, newsletters, and updates.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports on supplier onboarding, purchase activity, and market trends.
Qualifications Required
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supplier relations, marketing coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain processes or vendor compliance requirements.
- Marketing content or sales support experience.
- Arabic speaking is also advantage.
