Supplier Quality Assurance(2-Wheeler Automotive / Auto Component)

Job DescriptionCompany is looking for a proactive and skilled Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the 2-wheeler automotive industry. This position involves frequent travel to supplier locations across India for audits, inspections, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and quality inspections.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance (PPM, OTD, audit ratings).
• Address incoming material quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support APQP and PPAP processes for new product development.
• Drive root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5Why, and implement effective CAPA.
• Ensure supplier compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with procurement, design, and production teams to resolve quality-related concerns.

Industry: 2-Wheeler Automotive / Auto Components
Department: Quality / Vendor Development / Supply ChainB.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.2–3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in the automotive sector.

Pay: ₹246,772.85 - ₹300,000.00 per year
