Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Ltd and is based at head office in London, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What We’re Looking For

Soft Skills:

• English proficiency level: more than 700 points on TOEIC/TOEFL or equivalent exams.
• Animation meeting (in English)
  
  

Business Skills:

• Bachelor of engineering (Prefer; Mechanical, mechatronic, materials and metallurgy,industry )
• Experienced casting, machining, assemblage process and products
• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer quality and/or supplier quality engineering
• Experienced of the customer protection and the managing the quality issues on the field.
• Knowledge of the 8D, FMEA, PPAP QRQC and quality tools
• Know how to read and analyze the specifications of a product.
• Project management and modification life Series
• RGPQP if applicable
• Office tools (Pack office)
• Driving licences and no travel restrictions for business visits

• Be proactive and persuasive to obtain the cooperation of his interlocutors
• Rigour
• Know how to communicate at the right level and to the right interlocutors, respecting confidentiality, and coordinate with suppliers to achieve a common goal
