Role Summary

• Own and drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy across all 20 hospital clusters. Lead the transformation from reactive to proactive inventory management, and build a world-class supply chain function for the holding company, enabling greater efficiency, resilience, and strategic value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with HHC and hospital cluster objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing supply chain leadership team (6 direct reports).
• Own inventory optimization, product availability KPIs, and expiry reduction targets across 20 hospital clusters.
• Drive supply chain digital transformation through adoption of tools such as reallocation engines, dashboards, and demand planning platforms.
• Represent the supply chain function at Holdco board and senior stakeholder level discussions.
• Govern key commercial partnerships, including logistics providers and procurement contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, with at least 5+ years in a Director or VP-level role.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site or multi-cluster inventory operations at scale.
• Strong data literacy with hands-on experience in ERP systems and supply chain analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English is required.
