What You’ll Do

As our Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring materials, information, and logistics flow smoothly from factory to facility. You’ll manage purchase orders, coordinate imports, support vendor relationships, and keep our systems and documentation in top shape.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Updating and managing purchase orders
• Coordinating with vendors, brokers, and carriers to keep shipments on track
• Reviewing invoices and tracking imports with eagle-eyed accuracy
• Supporting office operations and maintaining sensitive documentation
• Collaborating with teams to solve problems and meet customer needs

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 1–2 years of office admin or data entry experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and ERP systems
• A detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Self-starter attitude with a team-player spirit

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

You’ll be active—walking, bending, lifting (up to 10 lbs), and working in environments that may include machinery, and noise. PPE is required in certain areas.
