Role Summary

Omicsveu is hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day procurement, inventory/logistics coordination, and administrative operations for our SEZ unit .
This is a high-ownership role in a lean ~75-employee organization, offering strong learning exposure and direct interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A) Supply Chain & SEZ Operations


  • Execute procurement activities in line with SOPs, BOMs, QMS requirements, budgets, and timelines

  • Handle SEZ SCM and logistics documentation , including waybills, statutory SEZ forms, invoices, and compliance-related paperwork

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with suppliers, transporters, and logistics partners

  • Support inventory tracking , stock movement, and periodic reconciliations

  • Assist production/planning teams by preparing material shortage reports and driving follow-ups for timely availability

  • Support PO processing , order tracking, and closure activities

  • Coordinate with finance for vendor payment follow-ups and documentation support

B) Administration & Facilities


  • Manage day-to-day office administration for SEZ and non-SEZ operations

  • Coordinate upkeep and maintenance of utilities, safety systems, and office facilities

  • Manage and follow up with service vendors for transport, security, housekeeping, and other support services

  • Ensure smooth coordination across teams for routine operational requirements

Eligibility

Education


  • Graduate / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Supply Chain or related)

Experience


  • 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • SEZ exposure preferred (SEZ SCM documentation experience is mandatory)



Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven exposure to SEZ SCM documentation

  • Comfortable handling a combined SCM + Admin role (multi-functional responsibilities)

Preferred Skills
  • Strong coordination skills and vendor follow-up discipline

  • Basic working knowledge of ERP / inventory systems

  • High attention to detail with focus on compliance, documentation accuracy, and timelines
