About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Supply Chain Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of supply chain operations, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data (inventory, procurement, logistics, and distribution) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.

Support demand forecasting and planning to ensure optimal stock levels.

Monitor supplier performance and work with procurement to improve vendor relationships.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance cost savings and service levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Assist in developing supply chain risk mitigation strategies.

Support implementation of supply chain management tools, ERP systems, and analytics platforms.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (entry-level candidates with strong internships may also be considered).

Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau.

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts including procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

Knowledge of predictive analytics, AI tools, or supply chain optimization models.

Certification in APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma is a plus.
