Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst in Attleboro, MA is responsible for purchasing, procurement, and maintaining inventory best practices to align with plant needs and customer demands. Key responsibilities include supporting supply chain operations, monitoring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency to support budget goals.
Main Responsibilities
· Create, manage and submit purchasing/inventory reports to corporate supply chain management as required.
· Manage on-boarding documentation and submittal for new suppliers per corporate guidelines.
· Participate in Purchase Order entry, including bills of materials, part number maintenance, shipping/transportation information and requirements, and contract review. Verify all pricing and purchase order terms using part quotation.
· Perform Supplier performance assessment to identify (non) tangible risks and opportunities for supplier development.
· Work closely with Quality Engineering on any supplier non-conformances and drive expeditious closure.
· Create a manageable and auditable process, including an adequate filing system.
· Build recovery plans and counter measures for supply risk elimination, coordinating actions with internal experts.
· Follow all International Standards that apply to Etch Logic’s certification and QMS Lead shift meetings as needed
· Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
· Develop a system that will allow for maintaining all history in an organized manner.
· Build supply chain dossier containing manufacturing processes, lead times and supply risks to build supplier knowledge and history.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in associated field preferred
· 4 to 6 years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge in logistics (stocking, demand and supply principles, lead times, risk management, etc.).
· Familiar with ERP system and production planning process
· Can read, write and communicate in English
· Good communication skills, both oral and written
· Good time management skills.
· Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP system)
· Good Initiative with a drive for continuous improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
