Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview:

• The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end supply chain by providing date-driven insights, improving forecasting accuracy and supporting operational excellence across demand planning, inventory management and logistics.
• In this role you will collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Customer Operations, Brand Team & Global Team) as well as external partners and distributors to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and service level excellence.

The salary range for this role is $70,000–$80,000 annually (equivalent to ~$33–$38 per hour). This is a permanent, full time, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state regulations. Actual salary may vary based on: relevant experience, internal equity considerations, and geography.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, inventory, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across product portfolio.
• Create purchase order
• Support the monthly S&OP process with data preparation, variance analysis, and recommendations for forecast adjustments.
• Partner with Global, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to manage allocation, backorders, and replenishment strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level and inventory
• Support new product launches and promotional activities by coordinating supply chain requirements and timelines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Provide analytical support for cost reduction initiative, network optimization, and freight analysis
• Material Master Data – leads and support master data process

Job Qualifications:

• Supply Chain / Operation Experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferable skills in SAP, IBP, BO
• Detail orientated, customer focused and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
