Supply Chain Analyst: Dispatch & Network Planning

Location: CoWrks, Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon (right next to Third Wave Coffee and Sec 54 Rapid Metro Station)

Type: Full-time, in-office (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Experience: 2–4 years; ideally 23–28 age group with experience in supply chain analytics, dispatch planning, or logistics optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Data-driven allocation: Build logic to allocate inventory based on demand patterns, lead times, and service level expectations
• Network optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce logistics cost, improve availability, and cut lead time across the network
• Cross-functional orchestration: Work with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, and Make in India teams to align movement decisions—not just execute them
• Measure and govern: Track OTIF, cost per dispatch, node fill rate, and inventory efficiency; drive actions when performance drops
• Make decisions visible: Own dashboards, weekly reporting, exception tracking and RCA for misses
• Fix root causes: Where delays occur, solve the system—not just chase shipments

Who Are You?

• Experience in supply chain planning, dispatch analytics, logistics optimisation, or similar roles
• Strong at working with numbers, systems, and real-world ambiguity
• Able to turn data into decision frameworks and business actions
• Comfortable coordinating across teams with conflicting priorities
• Bias for structured thinking, calm under chaos, high ownership mindset
