Supply Chain Analyst

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000

The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst supports key operational and strategic initiatives across the supply chain, including customer service, inventory management, transportation, demand planning, and warehousing. The role is responsible for assembling, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve performance and support business decision‑making.


Essential Functions

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process; participate as a member of the S&OP team.
  • Analyze inventory positions, financial impacts, and key supply chain metrics to support decision‑making.
  • Produce daily and weekly operational reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analytical support to management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis on service, inventory, or operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives using structured project management methods.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts and metrics.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, advanced functions).
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • SQL or database querying experience.


Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment characteristics are those consistent with a standard office environment.

Positions in this class typically require: typing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.


Schedule Requirements

This position is expected to work within core business hours and requires participation in after-hours calls with overseas business teams as needed. This position is a hybrid in-office position, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Travel Requirements

This position will work primarily at Zinpro Corporate Headquarters and is expected to engage in company-sponsored travel as needed.
