Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain operations by analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and optimizing inventory, procurement, logistics, and demand planning activities. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure smooth product flow across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend strategies to optimize stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to improve supply chain performance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and transportation costs.
  • Support demand forecasting and production planning processes.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in managing supply chain risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP and supply chain management systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
  • APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
  • Experience with forecasting and demand planning tools.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
