About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to build and lead our inventory, procurement, and production tracking systems from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment and is passionate about designing efficient, lean processes that support scalable growth.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations—from sourcing and vendor management to inventory control, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and production tracking. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in lean manufacturing and a proven ability to stand up and optimize systems for technical product builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage inventory and supply chain processes for a multi-component technical system.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure version control accuracy.
  • Establish and oversee inventory tracking systems for manufacturing, field swaps, refurbishment, and redeployment.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize material

flow.

  • Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and lead-time forecasting.
  • Track and report material usage, cost trends, and supply risks.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and engineering to align inventory with build schedules and field demand.
  • Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for materials handling, storage, and logistics.
  • Lead system implementation or integration for inventory management (experience with Katana MRP a plus).
  • Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and manufacturing operations.• Deliver monthly reports to accounting and operations teams – sales orders, decommissioned assets, current inventory holdings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related

field.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing

operations (preferably in technical or hardware systems).

  • Proven experience building inventory systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous

improvement methods.

  • Expertise in BOM creation, revision control, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Katana MRP, ERP, or similar inventory management platforms

strongly preferred.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Why Join Us
