Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery:

l Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans and instructional activities that encourage active learning experiences.

l Conduct lectures, seminars, webinars and writing blogs based on domain specific topics such as Warehouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, emphasizing fundamental principles and current industry practices.

l Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into teaching materials.

2. Curriculum Development:

l Develop comprehensive curriculum and course materials that align with industry standards and can be adapted for various learning platforms.

l Ensure the relevance and currency of course content by incorporating emerging trends and best practices.

3. Objective Setting:

l Establish and communicate clear learning objectives for all activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and industry requirements.

4. Classroom Preparation:

l Set up the classroom environment to facilitate effective class activities, creating an atmosphere conducive to learning.

5. Assignment and Exam Management:

l Design, administer, and grade assignments and exams to assess student understanding and performance.

l Conduct thorough vetting of assignment/exam papers, case studies provide constructive feedback etc.

6. Educational Requirements:

l Ensure that students meet academic standards by monitoring attendance, tracking progress, and providing additional support as needed.

l Facilitate student development by offering guidance on academic and career-related matters.

Desired Skill Sets:

l Familiarity with Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution

l Management and Inventory Management.

l Experience with developing and delivering online or blended learning programs.

l Strong organizational and time-management skills.

l Must be a team player and have a strong passion to teach related modules.

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.

Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Shipping/ Cargo Management, or a related discipline).

Experience: Previous teaching or minimum 5 years of industry experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management is highly desirable. Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Software.
